Leigh Francis, famously known as Keith Lemon, was spotted in Primrose Hill sporting a vibrant yellow jacket as he enjoyed a day out with his stylish wife Jill Carter and their two daughters. The family took a stroll through the city to celebrate Bonfire Night before indulging in some delicious pub grub. Despite trying to keep a low profile with his beige hat and black sunglasses, Leigh couldn’t help but stand out in his eye-catching coat and yellow fire-flame trousers. Jill, a beauty therapist, looked effortlessly chic in a black bomber jacket, Adidas trousers, and leopard print Nike trainers.
Leigh and Jill have been together since their teenage years and tied the knot in 2002 at Allerton Castle, North Yorkshire. Although they prefer to keep their daughters out of the public eye, the family seemed to be having a wonderful time together on their outing.
This comes after Leigh brushed off recent drama as he attended the UK premiere of The Creator in London. There have been claims that the comedian humiliated Melanie Sykes during the filming of ITV’s Through The Keyhole. Melanie alleged that Leigh made explicit sexual jokes about her for three hours, including a comment about her “a*****e smelling of flowers.” She also claimed that TV producers ignored her complaints about Leigh’s behavior.
Meanwhile, comedian Katherine Ryan, who has accused Russell Brand of being a sex predator, labeled Leigh as an “obvious creep” at the 2019 TV Choice Awards. She stated that Lemon was “proof for perverts everywhere that an obvious creep is cute” and less threatening than a stealthy one.
Leigh, who hosted Celebrity Juice for 25 seasons before its cancellation last year, has faced controversies in the past. The show drew complaints and was even investigated by Ofcom for breaching guidelines in 2013 with a sex toy featured in a trailer.
Talkback, the TV production company founded by Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones, stated that taking care of their guests is a top priority. As for Leigh, he has not responded to requests for comment regarding the recent claims.
